Every au pair experience is a little different, but here’s a general idea of what your journey might look like:
Get to know your Spanish host family over a video call and go through the details—your role, schedule, and stipend included. Complete a quick online training to get ready for your adventure. We’ll also guide you through the visa process so you can travel with peace of mind.
Your host family will pick you up at the airport and take you straight to your new home. Unpack, meet everyone, and start getting a feel for the neighborhood. Pretty soon, afternoon siestas and café chats will be part of your everyday.
As an au pair, you’ll support the family for around 20–30 hours each week by helping with everyday activities like spending time with the kids, doing school drop-offs and pickups, enjoying park days and playtime, and getting creative with arts and crafts. You may also lend a hand with light chores such as washing dishes or preparing simple meals, nothing too heavy.
You’ll have two full days off each week, often on Saturdays and Sundays, giving you plenty of time to relax, visit the beach, or explore the local scene. And if anything doesn’t feel quite right, we’re always here to support you.
If you’re warm, curious, and eager to jump into family life (afternoon strolls and all), this journey could be a perfect fit.

I learned about language, history, culture, foods, etc.
