Our candidates have experience with children such as babysitting, helping with younger siblings, tutoring, nannying, etc. We personally interview each candidate to make sure they have the adequate experience and responsibility.
We reach out to multiple references for each candidate. We only accept candidates who have excellent recommendations from people who have worked with them before, both as parents of children they’ve cared for and employers.
